1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AccessiGuard ("the Service"), operated at accessiguard.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AccessiGuard provides automated web accessibility scanning and reporting tools. The Service analyzes publicly accessible web pages against WCAG 2.1 guidelines and generates reports identifying potential accessibility issues.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have authorization to test
• Attempt to overwhelm, disrupt, or abuse the scanning infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Resell or redistribute scan results without attribution
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Free Tier

The free tier provides limited scans per month. Free tier usage is subject to the same terms. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time.

7. Scan Results & Disclaimer

AccessiGuard scan results are provided as automated guidance and do not constitute legal advice. Accessibility compliance depends on many factors beyond automated scanning, including manual testing and user research. We do not guarantee that addressing all reported issues will make your website fully compliant with any specific law or regulation.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by AccessiGuard. Your scan data belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to process your submitted URLs and store scan results as needed to provide the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AccessiGuard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.
